This south-western hillside – tract Makovisko belongs to historically best locations in the region of Slovak Tokaj. It is named after rare white poppy, which grows in this area and blossoms every year in our vineyards. And that is why white poppy became a symbol for this precious – virgin – collection Virginia. We recommend you to taste this wine slightly chilled at 10°C and leave it to take some fresh air for a while, so “virgin” has some time to open herself for you.
