Special Collection
Collections of these selected wines are made from grapes grown on special fields in Tokaj and Eastern Slovakia. Wines are fresh and fully remind flavour of the cultivars they have been made from.
Wines from these collections are designated for immediate distribution to final customers and to selected gastronomical facilities. They are not imported to retail networks.
Furmint, selection of grapes, white, medium sweet, Special Collection 2009 – an extractive wine full of fruity flavours. A long pesristency persuades us about the ripeness of grapes used for this wine. It can be a good companion not only for poultry specialities but also Italian cuisine.
Furmint, selection of grapes, white, Samotok, medium sweet, Special Collection 2007 – a pleasant wine with graceful aroma and decent acidity, which is surprising for such wine as Furmint. It si Made from pure, non-pressed free run grape juice, so called „samotok“. This wine is excellent with poultry patés.
Lipovina, selection of grapes, NATUR, white, sweet, Special Collection 2009 – made of grapes grown in our vineyards, treated only with pure natur preparations, with system NATUR. With this wine we can really drint TO HEALTH. Full and ripe wine, suitable for every occasion…
Yellow muskat, selection of grapes, white, medium dry, Special collection 2009 – this wine can be characterised as piquant. When you play with it in qour mouth for a while, you will discover except of typical citruslime artecafts also tiny apricots and a bunch of primeroses in early spring. This wine goes best with salmonoid fishes or poultry.
Yellow muskat, selection of grape berries, white, medium sweet, Special Collection 2009 – second harvest from the small vineyard. A wine with decent aroma of citrus peel, supported by pure natural sugar. Excellent with ripe cheeses with mould and sponge cakes.
Red traminer, selection of grapes, medium sweet, Special Collection 2009 – spicy and enchanting wine with fine acidity, supported only with natural sugar. This wine together with Asian cuisine or pears topped with caramelised honey creates a perfect union. You can simply enjoy this wine with a Romeo & Julieta Cigar.
Welsh riesling, selection of grapes, medium dry, Special Collection 2009 – pleasant, fresh wine full of mineral tones and citrus flavours. Grapes come from the northest parts of Slovakia, situated at the foot of Mountain range Vihorlat. It is an excellent accompaniment to fine patés and light chicken salads.
Devín, quality wine, semi-sweet, Special Collection 2008 – in the flavour of this wine, you will find a fine pineapple – lime scent that refreshes qou by its fresh grapefruit taste, refined by white tea leaves. This well done Devín, whose father is a typical red Traminer and the mother is red-and-white Veltliner, certainly has the potential to become a pleasant partner for long evenings with friends. It contains 50 grams of the natural residual sugar.
Queen elizabeth wine, cabinet wine, dry, Special Collection 2008 – another year of a very succesful cuveé which ahs many sympathizers. It is a result of an ideal combination of three Tokay varieties. Extractive and full wine, suitable with cheeses and meat dishes.
